•Discover and increase overall knowledge of leadership skills, techniques and practical application required for success;

• Increase awareness of personal and professional effectiveness;

• increase ability to see the collaborative nature of leadership;

• Apply new knowledge and skills to make sound leadership decisions;

• Develop a plan for personal improvement relative to specific leadership skills;

• Engage immediate supervisor for support and subsequent measuring improvement through the Leadership Enhancing Achievement Plan (LEAP.)
