The main objectives of this meeting was to build security , social , and Economical Cooperation among each other and president of Russia said that the Government of Afghanistan should stabilize security through regional people power and this meeting took place in the capital of Tajikistan , Dushanbe and all the four president strongly promise to cooperate with each other in every part of their Country development and welfare of society , economy , security .
this was the third fourth sided meeting among Afghanistan , Pakistan , tajikistan and Russia .
